During this method special device brings sand-cement or polymer mortar on the inside walls of the pipe, for blocking water infiltration in the damaged place. Those types of cover avoid big growth of organic and are resistant to corrosion. Service life of the pipes increases up to 50 years.

Pipe relining
|
During this method PE pipe is pulled into the existing pipe with some reducing of the existing pipe diameter. This process can be proceeded with or without bursting of the old pipe. Bursting is necessary when bigger diameter is needed. As in the case with HDD method, pipe relining requires high skilled specialists and site personnel. Relining without bursting the old pipe takes place, when some reducing the inside diameter of the existing pipe is possible. Better discharge capacity of the new pipe will compensate this reducing.

Pipe renovation
|
Pipe renovation – it is trenchless pipeline rehabilitation with collapsing the old pipe when simultaneously is pulling in the new pipe with bigger, less or the same diameter. There are two methods of pipe renovation – first one, means replacement of the existing pipeline from one manhole to another using threaded pieces (connected right in the manhole) of the PE pipe (about 1 meter piece length). The second method means bursting of the existing pipe. During bursting the new pipe is pulling in through one of the two pits by powerful hydraulic bursting machine which is located in the other pit. It is possible to pass through 150 meters pipeline section for one passage.
